Say Its " disk 1 "

4. " select disk 1 " Enter. 
5. " clean " Enter. 
6. " create partition primary " Enter. 
7. " active " Enter. 
8. " select partition 1 " Enter. 

Here Partition 1 Denotes Your Disk Choice 

9. " format fs"fat32 " Enter. 

Wait For Sometime Till Its Get Formatted. 

Exit After Formatting Done. 

Now you will not get Format Error In your Flash drive.
